Service Scheduling: Coordinate appointment schedules for service or repairs, ensuring optimal workflow for the service department and timely service for customers.

Estimates: Prepare and provide cost estimates for repairs or maintenance, explaining the breakdown of costs to the customer.

Liaison Role: Act as the main communication bridge between customers and service technicians, ensuring clarity in conveying diagnostics, recommendations, and repair progress.

Invoice Preparation: Once service is completed, prepare detailed invoices outlining the work done, parts used, labor costs, and any other charges.

Warranty Information: Inform customers of any warranty or service contract options available for parts or services, and help process any related claims.

Feedback Collection: After service completion, gather feedback from customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
