We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Airdrie Dealership as full-time permanent Detail Supervisor. This is a hands-on role, where the ideal candidate will lead a team of 4-8 detailers AND work alongside the Team to clean and detail inside and outside of RVs being sold.

The ideal candidate will also fit the employer brand well, meaning they must be Humble (emphasize team over self), Hungry (thinking about the next opportunity for success) and Smart (good judgement and intuition about group dynamics and the actions of their words).


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead a Team of 4-8 detailers
Work alongside the Team to Clean and Detail inside and outside of RVs being sold
Apply after-market protection packages (Interior/Exterior)
Create a learning environment within the Detail department guided by our core values as an organization
Create and implement effective scheduling to accommodate the business
Coordinate Scheduling of work completion within the department based on Customer Pickups and stock inventory requirements
Communicate effectively with Sales team regarding RV status and condition
Ensure that all Auto Detailers and cleaners are implementing the proper use of cleaning products, equipment and machinery
Ensure that all vehicles detailed meet company standards and are to customer's satisfaction
Manage the inventory and ordering of chemicals
Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, that may be physically demanding with repetitive tasks
Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination
Ability to work in various work environments: wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments
Ability to supervise employees and handle various situations under pressure as a supervisor
Ability to read text, numeracy, problem solving, time management and customer relations skills
Ability to maintain and build clientele relationships
Housekeeping and Automotive detail skills considered an asset
