The fourth biennial Supporting Women in Trades Conference is expected to bring together more than 300 tradeswomen and their allies from across Canada. This year, the SWiT program will offer breakout sessions in two program streams: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Best Practices and Tools 4 Change Workshops.
