Front of Shop Manager

Scope of Work

Westend RV is looking for a dynamic individual to assist in our business operations. We are a busy service and retail RV business, with mobile service, large parts store, and 5-bay service/repair shop. This individual will be a pivotal position, helping to manage the day-to-day operations in the front of shop - service liaison, parts/inventory and retail management, and customer advisor. Do you have
-Customer service experience?
-Parts/inventory management experience?
-Service advisor experience?
-Problem solving skills and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment?
-POS/computer skills?
-the ability to multi-task and prioritize?
The ideal candidate will have a combination of the above skills, and we are willing to train the right person for the RV industry-specific skills. We pay above average industry wage, commensurate with experience and skills for this full-time position, along with benefits. The business is open year-round, with schedule flexibility during our off season.
