2025 George Goodrick emerging leader award recipient
The RVDA of Canada is delighted to announce that Chelsea May, National Warranty Manager at Fraserway RV, has been named the recipient of the 2025 George Goodrick Emerging Leader Award. The award was presented on September 11, 2025 at the RVDA of BC Annual General Meeting held in Kelowna, BC.
Chelsea’s career in the RV industry is a true story of dedication, growth, and leadership. Beginning in 2016 as a detailer, she quickly demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and a customer-first approach. Over the years, she advanced through roles as receptionist, warranty administrator, and now National Warranty Manager, where she oversees a remote team supporting warranty processes across 12 Fraserway locations nationwide.
Her colleagues and industry peers describe her as solution-oriented, collaborative, and innovative. Chelsea has been instrumental in streamlining warranty claims management, strengthening OEM relationships, and developing standardized processes that have greatly enhanced efficiency across the business. Beyond her technical expertise, she is known for her mentorship and willingness to step in wherever needed—training new team members, bridging departmental gaps, and fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
Chelsea is focused on getting the service and warranty processes in order and functioning at the highest level in order to provide the retail customer with the best overall service experience that Fraserway can offer. Her fair but firm approach, her understanding of data, and her continuous improvement mindset help her dig into problems and find suitable solutions,” shared Mike Pedue, Dealer Relations Manager of Forest River.
