The Mike Molino RV Learning Center's Service Manager Online Course is designed to equip service professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in a dynamic RV service environment. Developed in collaboration with The Ohio State University's Center on Education and Training for Employment and RV industry experts, this comprehensive 14-module course covers critical aspects of service management.

From optimizing service department workflow and providing exceptional customer service to generating revenue, managing personnel, and understanding administrative reports, the course ensures service managers are prepared to meet and exceed both customer and dealership expectations.

Upon successful completion of the course and a final assessment, learners will receive a certificate of completion. Those who already hold an RV Learning Center Service Manager certification can earn 8 continuing credit hours towards recertification.
