A Spark Reignited
Kevin Kuntze spent 18 years in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, a career that saw him rise from the shop floor to the role of shop foreman and, eventually, service coordinator. While he achieved stability and success in management, the work had begun to feel more like an obligation than a calling. Seeking to rediscover his creativity and happiness, Kevin made the courageous choice to pivot, bringing nearly two decades of high-level technical and leadership experience into the RV service world.
This transition was far more than a simple job change; it was a reinvigoration of his professional spirit. Kevin’s background in heavy equipment provided him with a unique advantage in the service bay. Having managed complex service coordination and overseen large-scale manufacturing projects, he approaches the "house on wheels" architecture of an RV with a sophisticated, big-picture perspective.
His dedication to mastering this new craft was immediately evident in the classroom, where he maintained high grades and was honoured with the Dean’s Award—a distinction reflecting both his academic excellence and his profound commitment to the trade. Today, Kevin finds a deep sense of fulfillment in the variety of the work, solving the intricate "puzzles" of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that keep adventurers on the road.
For Kevin, the true reward isn't just a successful repair—it's the trust he builds with the RV community. He treats every vehicle as a gateway to someone else’s freedom, utilizing the same professionalism and high standards that defined his 18-year career in heavy equipment.
“I’ve discovered that this career is far more than just repairing vehicles,” Kevin reflects. “It’s about helping people pursue their dreams of freedom, adventure, and connection.”
